Know What You Eat

Before beginning any type of project, research and knowledge are important factors to consider. Eating well doesn’t happen in the blink of an eye. You must first know your foods and in what category they fall into.

The easiest way to do this is knowing what’s on your plate. Knowing which food is a carb, which is a protein and which is a carb will help you know what exactly you are putting into your body and in what amounts.

Here are 2 examples of them:

This plate contains:

Grilled fish fillet as protein, made with 1 tablespoon of olive oil as your good fat, lettuce & spinach salad as your greens and white rice as your carbohydrate.
