How does the Coaching work?

You’ll start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, I’ll customize your entire program and we’ll start the proven coaching process.

We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you.

Simple practices and daily accountability.

Every day, you’ll work on customized lifestyle practice. Each practice will be customized to help you get the results you are looking for.

Personal coaching and detailed progress checking.

I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.

Who is your Coach

Hi, I'm Melissa Fortín!

Fit mom, mother of 3 boys under six years old, specializing in helping you overcome all obstacles preventing you from becoming an active, fit, and healthy woman sustainably.

I'm a marketer turned Fitness and Nutrition Coach at 33.

I've suffered the consequences of an overweight and sedentary lifestyle my whole life. The worst being PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), which caused infertility for 3 years, spending all our savings on fertility treatments that didn't work.

​

It wasn't until I changed my eating habits and started exercising at home (100 squats daily) that I lost weight. Thanks to a miracle from God, I not only naturally conceived my first child but also became an active and healthy woman.

​

That change inspired me to guide other women like me to swap sedentary lifestyles and limiting diets for easy, practical strategies that let them live energized lives without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

​

Today, almost 7 years later, I'm a 40-year-old woman with three kids who drain every ounce of energy from me. But thanks to my lifestyle, I can face my days with a smile and lots of energy. And here I am, guiding and motivating women of all ages to do the same for themselves and their families.
