SoulFULL Chicken Soup

I received the New Year with a super bad cold. So my super energetic brain has been suffering because my limp body doesn’t want to do anything. Anything except eat something that gives me comfort, soothes the soul AND helps fight this cold.

This delicious soup boosts your immune system because its full of nutrients from veggies and homemade bone broth.

  1. To make it you’ll need:

  2. 4-5 cups of homemade bone broth

  3. 2 carrots diced

  4. 3 small potatoes diced

  5. 4 stalks of celery diced

  6. 2 large cloves garlic

  7. 1/2 small onion diced

Sautée onions and garlic in a Tbsp. of avocado oil until translucent, add celery pieces and cook until tender. Add 2 cubed chicken breasts and cook until all white, you may add pink salt and spices of choice. Add broth and all veggies and simmer in medium heat until chicken and carrots are cooked. Add 2 bay leaves in the process. Just before lowering the heat, add 1-2 cups egg noodles and cook for 7 minutes. Serve while hot.
