Protein-Packed Snack

Combine equal parts fat-free plain greek yogurt, fat-free cottage cheese, fruit of your choice and a “granola mix” without added sugars.

My favorite granola mix contains whole grain oats, dark chocolate chips, pepitas or sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and shredded unsweet coconut. You can also add nut butter of your choice.

I’m not adding measurements to this recipe because it all depends on what your fitness & health goals are. Just be careful with any added sugars in disguise.
