HEART-Beet Pancakes
Enjoy these anytime, not just Valentine’s Day! They are both delicious and nutritious!
1/2 medium to large roasted and peeled beet
2/3 cup almond milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup quick oats (gluten free oats if needed)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 banana
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a blender and cook over medium heat. Use your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Pancakes de Remolacha
1/2 remolacha, asado y pelado
2/3 tazas leche de almendra sin azúcar
1/3 taza yogurt Griego simple
1 cdta extracto de vainilla puro
2/3 taza hojuelas de avena integral enteras
1 cdta polvo de hornear
1/2 banano maduro
Pizca de sal
Coloque todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o procesador de alta potencia hasta mezclar bien. Cocine los panqueques a fuego medio. Utilice sus toppings favoritos y disfrute.
